Highlights of the PCCF Appreciation Night that took place this November, 2011 at the Rembandt Banquet Hall in Toronto. Hundreds of our hardworking volunteers were rewarded with a well deserved dinner, entertainment and dancing! Congen Pedro Chan was also present for the oath taking ceremony for dual citizenships.
