MISS PHILIPPINES CANADA AND LITTLE MISS PHILIPPINES CANADA 2013 SHOWCASED GREAT HEART AND TALENTS
May 4, 2013 was a date to remember for so many young ladies andeven a few little gentlemen. PCCF has done it again and again, great shows oneafter another to showcase the beauty and talents of Little Miss Philippines Canada and Miss Philippines Canada Candidates and as an added bonus, we saw the launching of Little Mr. Philippines Canada or Pinoy Bulilit.
The pre pageant day started with Little Miss Philippines Canada with great fanfare and revelry. Who can resist on little beauties parading intheir elegant gowns? Who can resist the sights and sounds of their exquisite talents? Absolutely no one! The hall was full of energy, all for fun...everyone went gone 'gaga' for their favourite candidates, screaming and singing to support their very own. If little girls are exciting to watch, why notlittle boys too? That is the whole concept, the reason why Little Mr Philippines Canada was launched to the delight of everyone.
The Miss Philippines Canada show cannot be outdone. The young ladies showcased their vast array of talents from Kung Fu, Piano to Hip Hopshow, all the talents were all portrayed to perfection, all kinds of accoladeswere accorded to all them. Everyone was mesmerized as they paraded with theirfabulous evening wear and elegant Ternos.
Over all Chair, Rosemer Enverga, commented that the organization had never had so much support and enthusiasm amongst the candidates and their supporters, Rosemer thanked the chairs and members of Little Miss PhilippinesCanada committee Gloria Rafanan, Sheila Canizares, Leslie Ruiz and NoemiMilanes, as well as the Miss Philippines Canada committee led by Bing Marasigan,Lita Leano, Fe Taduran and Kim Belen.
The pre-pageants were indeed very exciting ! It was noted thoughby the president of PCCF,Romy Rafael, "that we have just started, the prepageants are only part of the total valuation of the winners". WoW! What agreat show for a pre pageant as choreographed by par excellence, Kim Belen. TheFinals on June 22 at the Pinoy Fiesta and Trade Show at Metro TorontoConvention Centre will surely be a blast of a show!
Speaking of Pinoy Fiesta, I am sure everyone agrees the whole dayand evening show featuring the best of Toronto's local talents, and being highlighted by the stars of the number one TV network in the Philippines , GMA Pinoy TV, Dennis Trillo, Glaiza de Castro and Rafael Rosell will be an eventnot to miss this summer. PCCF has lined up shows that include our homegrownsuperstars, Canadian Idols, Mikey Bustos and Martha Joy Lim, world renownedCulture Philippines of Ontario and the Philippine Heritage Band.
