Philippine Canadian Charitable Foundation (PCCF) or PCCF has once again proven that Pinoy Fiesta in Toronto is one of the biggest annual Filipino indoor community event in North America! The all day all evening entertainment by various groups and talents filled the day with great shows and great shopping! The smashing success could only mean more houses and more support for the poor and the vulnerable in the Philippines. Mabuhay!
