The Philippine Canadian Charitable Foundation (PCCF) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to have fun, while helping others. PCCF was founded by the late Sen. Tobias C. Enverga Jr., the first Canadian of Filipino descent to be elected in the City of Toronto and to be appointed the Senate of Canada.
