ENVERGA TO RECEIVE JUBILEE MEDAL

Tobias 'Jun' Enverga Jr. was informed that he is one of the recipients of the commemorative medal to mark the 2012 celebrations of the 60th Anniversary of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s accession to the throne as Queen of Canada.

Tobias or Jun Enverga, the first and only Filipino-Canadian elected in the City of Toronto will be recognized for advocating for the Community and Charity. Tobias in his message to the author indicates that the honour is not his alone but to all the members of Philippine Canadian Charitable Foundation, other organizations and individuals that supported him throughout the years.

He also indicated that the medal is also an award for his wife of almost 30 Years, Rosemer Enverga, who has dedicated her life unselfishly for the benefit of the poor in the Philippines. Tobias is the proud father of three girls.
