On April 7th, 2013 PCCF participated in the International Day for Elimination of Racial Discrimination. PCCF President, Romy Rafael, wife Rebecca and Mrs. Philippines Canada 2012, June Javier managed the GMA PinoyTV booth and helped to promote Philippine Culture.
