Welcome Home DART!
DART (Disaster Assistance Response Team) arrives at CFB Trenton airport on December 19, 2013 after a successful mission in the Philippines in efforts to aid victims of Typhoon Yolanda or Typhoon Haiyan.
Members of the Filipino Community including PCCF Members and Senator Enverga welcomed home these heroes! This was an especially meaningful event for Michelle Veloso (Miss Philippines Canada runner-up 2013) and her family who were in Leyte during Typhoon Haiyan but have since arrived safely back home to Canada.
