Philippine flag @ Municipality of Durham HQ

Our Philippine flag flies proudly at the entrance of the Regional Municipality of Durham Headquarters (605 Rossland Rd. E) in Whitby, Ontario. Along with the Canadian flag and all other flags at the region, all were flying half mast in respect of the 215 children found at an unmarked grave in Kamloops BC residential school. What an opportunity for us to join the whole of Canada in grieving the past?
